Terms:
- Shipping: Our shipment time varies from around 4 to 10 working days depending on the product you order, thus any social issues including strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters etc. may result in further delays, the customers are subjected to contact us through our social media channels, Facebook|Instagram|WhatsApp (+923076102209) you can also send us an email on info@shaftsport.com
- Returns Policy: In case of any return requests the customers are subjected to contact us through WhatsApp/phone call/email with a valid reason such as delivery of the wrong product, any fault found in it, or it took way too much time to be delivered etc. with the proof photos/videos,
- Refund Scheme: after the approval of return the customers are said to repack the product with the hand tag and all the shipping documents or stuff arrived with the package, the product must be unused and will be sent to us on our address, after its arrival the product will be checked and if the complaint is found to be legit, your money will be refunded within 3-6 working days or the same product will be resent to you excluding the previous faults
- Spam Refund requests: if the product isn’t found to have any such errors in it as the customer mentioned no money will be refunded and the product will be redelivered if the customer pays the delivery charges
- Customization: We also offer the facility for our customers to customize their own products through any of our social media handles or contact number, the customers can have custom logos, measurements, colours, and even the products of their own choice it may come with a little a bit of a customization fees
- Suggestions & reviews: we always welcome any thoughts, ideas and wishes from our customers for which we have created a contact the designer bar on our homepage where you can share your words directly with the ones who design your goods, we also have a review tab on every products display. Know that we are listening to whatever you say
- Sizes & fittings: as we have posted all the size charts, the orders will not be refunded if you ordered the wrong size, you can measure yourself before you order
